Monday, August 1st

To Egypt from Mr Bryan’s and to town, Wright up Egypt to fix frog. Joe Morrif fixing water tank at Egypt. Hired Andrew from Cal Murchison at the rate of $300 per year. Duncan Rodes commenced work at $25 per month fed and clothed. One winter suit, Kyle’s man Harry commenced work.
